Use
Differentiates between
- Create: Creates a new commission case and calculates commission on this basis, where necessary taking into account the previous commission case for the same business object. A commission case is always understood as the transfer of complete knowledge on a business object.
- Change: Changes a particular commission case, in other words transfers a new level of knowledge on a case which has already been entered in the commission system. This commission case is identified using a business transaction.
- Reset: Resetting a commission case. This commission case is identified using a business transaction. If a case is reset then the knowledge level of the previous case for the same business object applies.
Notes
Please note the difference between the in-force system and the commission system: From the point of view of the commission system, a cancellation in the in-force system is generally considered as being a change to the object. In insurance, "cancellation from start" is the same as resetting.
