Documentation
Definition
Specifies the processor responsible for the second release of a process step in the workflow template of the assignment process.
Use
Possible processors:
- Work center
- Role
- Position
- Organizational unit
- Position (planned)
- User
The specified processor receives a work item in the Business Workplace for each process step that is subject to release at second release level. In dialog processing, the processor can set the second release level for the process step after checking the worklist.
Dependencies
Make sure that the processor for the release at the second level is not the same processor specified for the first level. Otherwise the dual control principle will not be applied and the same processor will have to perform the release at both levels.
The processor for the second release level is only relevant when a second release level for the process step is expected.
