Documentation
Definition
Defines the maximum number of objects in an assignment set.
Use
If the hit list generated during object selection for an assignment set contains more than the defined maximum number of hits, transfer into the assignment set is rejected and a message is issued.
If no maximum number is defined, all hits are transferred into the assignment set.
Dependencies
To minimize the waiting time for displaying worklists, it is recommended that you define a maximum number of hits for each assignment set.
The waiting time for displaying object selection hit lists for an assignment set is influenced by the following factors:
- Number of fields in the result structure for objects
- Number of objects
The maximum number of assignment instructions that the system creates in the assignment set is equal to the maximum number of objects multiplied by the maximum number of target objects.
The maximum number of objects in the assignment set is only checked when the executable methods in the worklist for object selection is executed.
No check is performed if objects are inserted directly into the assignment set, such as in an implementation for BAdI CACS_OAWLCRE (in Customizing for Incentive and Commission Management under Tools -> Framework for Object Assignment -> Business Add-Ins (BAdIs) -> BAdI: Create Worklists).
