Definition

For the update of messages in the database, and the dialog or jog log display, you can set up the following message types:

-    Message type A = Cancellation

-    Message type E = Error message

-    Message type W = Warning

-    Message type S = Status message (mainly similar to an info message)

-    Message type I = Information message

-    Message type F = Progress message (information on the progress of a process)

Progress messages are used mainly for showing the user in a dialog or job log how each process is progressing.
