Definition
All messages that are issued during the transfer of external data from commission cases and commission documents from these processes can be updated in the relevant EDT log.
You can also hide certain message types by using the CACS_MSGEDT parameter ID. These messages are thus not written to the EDT log. This parameter ID cannot influence the messages issued by the external data transfer, but only the messages from the basic processes (commission case or commission document processing). In addition, the CACS_MSGEDT parameter ID does not affect the messages that are issued during the external data transfer for commission contracts.
Type A (cancellation) and E (error) messages cannot be hidden at all. If the comission case or commission document processes issue these types of messages during an external data transfer, the system always displays these in the EDT log.
