Definition
Selection of the procedure used to determine the commission contracts a clerk is authorized to view (or commission case/commission document).
Procedure 1 (checkbox flagged) proactively determines all of the commission contracts that a clerk is authorized to view and then selects the objects for the these contracts (contracts, cases, documents).
Procedure 2 (checkbox not flagged) first determines all of the objects and then checks whether these objects may be used or not.
Use
Depending on the number of selected objects in the list in relation to the number of commission contracts in the system, the procedure chosen here can have a strong influence on the system response time.
Select the option (select the checkbox) particularly is you expect a great deal more selected data than there are commission contracts in the system.
Dependencies
Restriction of the desired hit list has a great influence on the recommended setting for this checkbox (see above).
