Definition
Lower-level participant
Commission contract partners can be in a contractual relationship.
Example
Partner A can acquire partner B for an enterprise. As a result of this, partner A (= higher-level participant) is entitled to a certain share of partner B' earnings (= lower-level participant). This entitlement share is entered as a percentage in the lower-level participant's commission contract, and is individually valuated and remunerated as per the global constellation in the commission case. The role of the higher-level participant shows the type of contractual business relationship that partner A has with partner B.
