Documentation
Definition
Defines the share of the entitlement and liability to be transferred.
Use
The transfer share determines the percentage rate offree entitlement that is to be transferred to new recipients. The share that is not transferred remains with the transferring contract.
In the case of liability transfer, you can additionally specify through the basis for liability transfer percentage rate whether the transfer amount is based on the free entitlement or the remaining liability value.
Dependencies
The distribution of the share to be transferred to the various recipients is determined by the assignment share of the assignment instruction.
Example
In a specific case of entitlement and liability transfer, a remuneration amount of USD 100 is to be transferred. At the point of transfer, a free entitlement amount of USD 80 exists. A transfer share of 50% means that a total of USD 40 will be transferred from the free entitlement to the new recipients. An amount of USD 60 remains with the transferring contract, representing the already disbursed, 'tied' entitlement of US 20 plus the 'free' amount of USD 40 that is not transferred.
