Definition
Determines that the remaining liability is to be transferred.
Use
Dependencies
The remaining liability is transferred proportionately to the free entitlement. The free entitlement share (free entitlement/total entitlement) is first calculated. You can use this share figure to determine which part of the liability is available for transfer (liability * free entitlement share). The transfer percentage rate also determines the maximum share of the remaining liability that can be transferred to new recipients.
