Definition
Indicates the commission contract of the company to which the remaining entitlements and liabilities are assigned.
Use
Any differences between the new transfer document and the old entitlement or liability are assigned to the enterprise commission contract. Differences can be caused by the following factors:
- Rounding errors
- The share numbers of the assignment do not add up to 100%.
- It was established that entitlements should be recalculated before transfer based on the agreements in the receiving contract. A difference arose because the calculated entitlement is not the same as the actual entitlement going to the contract.
Dependencies
Entitlement and liability transfer enables the transfer of free entitlements and remaining liabilities to new commission contracts. The transfer percentage is the share of the free entitlement and the remaining liability that goes to the new receiver. The assignment share is the share going to the contract from the entitlement and liability being transferred.
