Definition
All messages that are issued during a process can be updated in the database. However, you can also exclude the messages from one or more message types from this update.
You can determine which message types are to be updated by setting indicators in customizing. However, it is not possible to hide message types A (cancellation) and E (error). The system always updates these types of messages.
If you have maintained the CACS_MSGSTORE user parameter, the system can use it. The settings in customizing are not taken into account.
