Documentation
Definition
Priority of the processing sequence of a totals table in a document posting. Tables are posted in order of priority, those with the highest are posted first.
Use
In the global settings for your application you can enter settings for the priority to be used for posting. All totals tables with a lower priority can be constructed later using the <APPL>_SUM_BUILD program. (<APPL> stands for your program.)
Tables that you do not assign a priority to in Customizing, are autmatically assigned the priority 99 (post synchronously).
You can only increase the priority of a totals table if there is no document in the system, that is already lower than the new priority. If you want to change the priority in this way, then you need to delete your totals tables first, using the <APPL>_SUM_INIT program. Once the priority has been changed, you can recreate the tables using the <APPL>_SUM_BUILD program.
