Staff Reassignment: Enter Different Period From Contract
If there is a change in staff assignments, you can enter a period that is different from the effective validity of the contract version. When you activate this agreement, users can restrict the staff assignment as they wish. This may have an effect on the structural authorization.
Message for Staff Assignment Change and Inactive Saving
You can create a parked version for a commission contract. If you change the staff assignment for this version, then this change is active once you have saved. If you then delete this version, the staff assignment change remains, and there is no contract version that triggers this change. If this agreement is active, a message is displayed informing you of this problem.
Contract Effectively Ended: Staff Assignment Automatically Restricted
If you restrict a contract effectively, then the staff assignment that is active during this period of time is restricted to the new effective to date once the contract is saved. If this agreement is deactivated, the staff assignment is not affected by this change.
Contract Effectively Extended -> Staff Assignment Automatically Extended
If a contract is effectively extended, the staff assignment that is active during this period is extended to the new effective to date once the contract is saved. If you deactivate this agreement, the staff assignment is not affected by the change.
Restrict Staff Assignment: Set Restriction Date Minus One Day
If a commission contract has ended, then it is no longer valid on that date. Since it is possible to store the timestamp as a time-spot in the contract, and since one day is the smallest unit of time in the PD-ORG for staff assignments, you need to set the end date of the staff assignment to one day before the end of the contract. This enables you to avoid inconsistencies. If you deactivate this function, the day on which the contract ends is used for the end of the staff assignment.
Staff Reassignment from Staff Assignment Start, Current Link Deleted
You might want to reassign staff due to an incorrect staff assignment. When you reassign staff, you want to replace the incorrect link with the correct one. To do this, you need to activate the function first, otherwise you can only reassign staff on one date, so that at least one day is kept.
Retroactive Deletion for Staff Reassignments
If you have activated this agreement, the retroactive deletion is possible for staff reassignments. Otherwise, you can only change the last link that was created.
