Definition
Specifies the rule for the procedure adopted in the event of the planned termination of a partnership.
Use
Termination rules are defined for partnerships to describe what happens in the event of a partnership ending as planned, for instance how the portfolio is to be divided up. These rules should be defined bindingly for a partnership when it is created, if the partnership is only to exist for a limited period.
