One of the criteria in the contract history for the commission system. Both must be filled - the effective and the technical validity - so that a contract version for the current event can be used as the basis for settlement.
Documents the exact processing event for a change. This does not have to be identical to the event for which the change is effective.
The technical validity always refers to the system clock on the database server (timestamp format: YYYY.MM.DD hh:mm:ss). It is checked against the actual evaluation date, which can only deviate from the current time for subsequent checks.
