Number assignment category: There are two categories as follows:
- Internal number assignmentis automatic in the SAP system.
- External number assignment is done by the user or an external system.
Use
Is used for determining whether you assign a number to a new contract bundle (external assignment) or whether the system assigns it a sequential number (internal assignment).
