Definition

Guarantee acceptance promised to a commission contract partner for claims payment-related and flat-rate remunerations.

Use

Regulates the amount to be paid out.

A new commission contract partner cannot survive on the commissions he earns in the first months or years. During this period, he therefore receives a commission for the amount in the guarantee acceptance.

On the other hand, an experienced agent may earn a higher commission than that agreed in the guarantee. In this case, the entire commission is paid out.

Guarantee payments are usually restricted to a certain period (for example, 18 to 24 months) from the beginning.
