Documentation
Definition
The number of days entered is deducted from the key date entered. All logs that have a time stamp (= creation of log entry) from before the date determined, are deleted when the report is run.
If you do not enter a key date, the system uses today's date. This means that you can schedule the report as a job on a periodic basis.
The number of days is a required entry, which if not made, triggers an error message.
You cannot enter a value higher than 9999 (days).
