Group Contract of a Partnership

Use

When you create a partnership, you have to specify a commission contract as the group contract. Group contracts have their own contract type(s) and their own standard contract(s).

Dependencies

There is always a 1:1 relationship between a partnership and a group contract. To identify a partnership, you can use the contract number of its group contract as well as the number of the contract bundle.

In processes, group contracts are treated like commission contracts of every other contract type. Consequently, not only the members of a partnership can participate in a commission case but also the partnership itself, represented by its group contract.

Commission contracts of the Group contract contract type, cannot be members of a partnership.
