Definition
Individual agreements for performance-related remuneration.
As of release 4.63, the system only displays individually assigned standard agreements in the commission contract. This allows you to
differentiate between individual records, making it considerably easier to edit conditions. The condition hierarchy is also displayed much more quickly than before.
The dialog box for selecting the standard agreements no longer exits. The input help offers all of the performance-related standard agreements that are valid for the base standard commission contract. One single agreement is created for the selected standard agreement.
The individual agreement number is assigned using a number range, which you define using transaction SE43 (area menu CACSBDT under Customizing -> Basic Settings -> Number Ranges) or CACS_BUCAGNR.
Effect on the dataset
The master data has to be converted to individual agreements. To do this, use transaction CACSMIGTIME (program CACS_COND_MIGRATION). For additional information see SAP Note 386429/2001 "Table Conversion 462 - 463 (CACS_BUCAGR)".
Effect on Customizing
You can assign several standard agreements to a standard contract. To do this, use the activity 'Create Standard Contracts and Assign Standard Agreements' in the Commission Implementation Guide (IMG) under 'Standard Commission Contract'.
