Definition

Reason for which an attendance booking is canceled.

Use

You can use the cancellation reason to determine the cancellation fee to be levied.

You have the following options:

• You can specify a percentage value per reason. This percentage value specifies what percentage of the attendance fee is to be levied when a booking is canceled. See also the example in Percentage for cancellation fee.
• You can flag a cancellation reason as free of charge. This lets you determine that no cancellation fees are charged for certain cancellation reasons.

Dependencies

If you make no percentage specifications and do not set the free of charge indicator, the cancellation fee is calculated using the percentage value stored under Day-to-Day Activities -> Control Data in the SEMIN CCDEL entry.
