Definition

The base value for depreciation calculation is determined from the base value percentage and the acquisition value.

Example:
Acquisition value = 100,000
Base value percentage = 12 %
Base value = 100,000 * 12 % = 12,000

Note:
If a reduction percentage is also specified in the calculation key, the reduction percentage is subtracted from the base value percentage.

Example:
Acquisition value = 100,000
Base value percentage = 12 %
Reduction (calc. key) = 10 %
Base value = 100,000 * (12 % - 10 %) = 2,000
