Supplementary Documentation - BWART 0003

Use

Procedure

Enter here the movement type with which the material document or the reservation is to be posted.

Examples

101 for a goods receipt with reference to a purchase order.

501 for a goods receipt without reference to a purchase order.

201 for a goods issue for a cost center.

Use

Procedure

Enter the movement type with which the items are to be processed.

If you have already entered items with a certain movement type, you now have the option of entering a different movement type for the next items. You can thus enter items in a material document with different movement types.

Examples

You enter a goods receipt against a purchase order with three items:

  • The first two items are posted to "unrestricted-use" stock (movement type 101).
  • The third item is posted to GR blocked stock (movement type 103).

After you have entered the first two items with movement type 101, call up this window and enter the movement type (103) for the last item.
