Definition

You use this data field to define whether the generated list should display the required information in compressed form or in greater detail.

In the compressed list, the information is grouped by warehouse number and material. In each group, a new record is issued for each storage type and for the different times for the remaining shelf life. The stock figures are listed as totals for each separate record. Each group, too, displays a total for all the individual records.

In the detailed list, there is an entry for each quant with display of the storage bin and the storage unit (if this exists).
