Definition
Maximum yearly sales agreed on between tenant and landlord for determining the maximum rent. As long as the actual yearly sales are higher than the maximum sales, the maximum sales are the determining factor for the rent to be paid. Therefore the absolute upper limit for determining the rent is the agreed on maximum yearly sales.
