Definition
Minimum annual sales that the tenant and the landlord arrange in order to calculate the minimum rent. If the actual annual sales are lower than the planned sales, the actual annual sales determine the amount of rent to be paid. However, the absolute lower limit for determining the rent is the minimum annual sales agreed on.
