Definition
Minimum yearly sales agreed on between tenant and landlord for determining the minimum rent. As long as the actual yearly sales are lower than the planned sales, the actual yearly sales are the determining factor for the rent to be paid. However, the absolute lower limit for determining the rent is the agreed on minimum yearly sales.
