Definition
Minimum yearly turnover in second currency that is used to determine the minimum rent between tenant and landlord. If the actual yearly turnover is less than the planned turnover, the actual yearly turnover is used as the determining factor for the rent to be paid. However, the lowest level for determining the rent is the minimum yearly turnover agreed upon between the tenant and the landlord.
