Use

  • The company code maintained here is used to settle cross-company-code rebate arrangements during subsequent settlement in Purchasing. This means that rebate arrangements are settled at plant level. In these cases, the rebate arrangements are not assigned to a company code. However, a company code is still required for certain transactions (such as currency conversion, message output).
  • The company code for subsequent settlement at plant level is used for currency conversions of business volume data and income that does not relate to a specific plant, for example, because you already aggregated data at a higher level.

Example

An income of 100, 000 USD for a condition record must be converted to the EURO currency.
