Definition
If business partner master data is distributed to various systems by means of ALE, the same business partner master data record has a different business partner number in every system. The number assignment is internal. These data records are linked by a unique ID (GUID). Using the indicator BU_XLEAD, you can identify the connection between business partner numbers of a system and the leading business partner number in all systems that have been linked by ALE. The business partner number thus flagged is used for external correspondence.
