Documentation
Definition
When you select this option, you can activate or deactivate the GUI function depending on the status of a field group.
In the data screens these functions should be located in direct proximity to the related data fields. It is currently not possible to place these functions in the menu or in the application toolbar.
Use
When deciding whether a function is active or not, the BDT proceeds as follows: The status of the field group is read, and the setting assigned to the field status is made.
Note
The settings in the control tables for GUI functions can only cover standard cases. You therefore have the option of setting the status of a function at event DCUAC by way of a program. To do so you can call the BDT function modules BUS_CUA_FUNCTIONS_GET and BUS_CUA_FUNCTIONS_SET.
