Use
The responsible application is the application that introduced the business partner relationship category to the system.
The responsible application assumes additional semantic checks (such as whether a relationship may be created/deleted; see event RCCDA).
You do not need to assign a reponsible application to a business partner relationship category if the standard checks are sufficient.
Note
If two applications use the same business partner relationship category and can be delivered separately from one another and additional semantic checks are necessary, both applications must be entered as the responsible application and the same semantic checks prepared.
