Supplementary Documentation - BSTER 0001
Use
For each item of the reservation, the system uses this date as the default value in the Requirements date field. However, you can change the requirements date in the individual items.
Supplementary Documentation - BSTER 0002
Use
The base date appears as default "date required" in the individual items.
Supplementary Documentation - BSTER 0003
Use
The date entered here is used for several purposes:
- Selection of reservations to be processed.
Only those reservations with a base date (in the reservation header) that is earlier than or the same as this date will be taken into account.
Example:
If you enter 01.10. (1st Oct.) as base date, reservations with a later base date will not be taken into account. - Calculation of the date for the deletion of reservations.
The date is obtained by subtracting a predefined number of days (standard: 30 days) from the base date entered.
Example:
If you enter 01.10. (1st Oct.) as base date, all items whose "date required" is earlier than or the same as 01.09 (1st Sept.) will be flagged for deletion. - Calculation of the period for the function "Allow movements"
The period is obtained by adding a predefined number of days (standard: 10 days) to the base date.
Example:
If you enter 01.10. (1st Oct.) as base date, movements are allowed for all items whose "date required" is before 12.10. (12th Oct.).
