Specifies the status of the document in the accounting process.

Use

This characteristic mainly serves to limit the number of results in line item reports and document journals.

The status can have the following values:

• Accounting Document

  A document relevant for accounting purposes; this is a normal document or a clearing document that was posted to a ledger.

• Statistical Document

  A document that was generated when noted items were posted

• Parked Document

  A document resulting from document parking

• Sample Document

  A reference document for help in entering accounting documents

• Recurring Entry Original Document

  A reference document for recurring entries
