Definition

Replacement order type is allocation table for vendors that belong to the same company code as the recipient of the goods.

Use

• IF the order type entered is not allowed for the current combination of vendor and goods recipient, this order type is used instead.
• You make this setting in Customizing for item categories for allocation tables. It applies to warehouse orders and vendor orders but not to deliveries.

Notes

For internal vendors belonging to the same company code as the goods recipient, only order types can be used that are defined as stock transport orders in Customizing.
