Definition
The asset value is based on the land value and the building value.
The land value is determined by the price which is usually paid for the same type of properties in the same location under consideration of the kinds of usage; short or speculative points in time are not considered.
The building value can be determined according to the index procedure (for older buildings) or via the reduction procedure (for new buildings).
