Documentation
Definition
Specifies an unique name of a scene of incident observation (IO). In IO a scene is a notional scenario that outlines occurrences of information changes. Each change of information that occurs within a scene is called incident while the information as such is of a specific type. Scenes declare the information they are providing by listing the name of each incident and its type of information.
As long as a scene is not a dynamic one, each observer of that scene can rely on the fact that only the incidents that listed here can occur. Only dynamic scenes allow reporting of changes of additional, unspecified information.
