Definition

Indicates that the contextual information of a context ID might be modified by a context accord.

Use

A context accord can only change contextual information of a context ID if it declares to do so. On the one hand it is simply informative to publish which context accords influence which contextual information. On the other hand it makes clear whether a specific contextual information is mutable at all within a context accord. Local context IDs are immutable within a context accord other than the origin for example.
