Definition
Specifies the contextual information of a Context ID as mutable.
Use
If a context ID is marked as mutable its contextual information can be changed within any context accord, that is by every application regardless of which context accord it uses. A local context ID does not necessarily need to be specified as mutable, since it is changeable within its origin context accord anyway.
