Documentation
Definition
Indicates the context instrument as part of a design-time environment.
Use
When this indicator is set the related instrument is declared a design-time instrument, such as the configuration tool FLUID of Floorplan Manager for example. Design-time instruments avoid exceptions that are usually raised during runtime as soon as the access to an unknown or restricted context ID is being detected.
Contextual information is always runtime driven, during the usage of design-time tools context-IDs are never relevant.
Each design-time instrument needs an assignment of Context-Accord DESIGNTIME to itself.
