Use
Assessment
Instead of using an assessment cost element, you can specify which cost elements should be allocated under which assessment cost elements within an allocation structure).
You assign individual cost elements, cost element groups or cost element intervals to an assessment cost element within the allocation structure. This enables you to obtain information on the composition of costs on a summarized level.
Settlement
If you change an allocation structure, the changes only affect future settlements.
If you reverse a settlement that took place before you made the change, the system uses the original cost element (from before the change). If you perform another settlement after the reversal, the system uses the settlement cost elements from the current allocation structure.
