Definition

Name of a standard text describing the budgeting or the budget update (supplement, return, transfer).

Use

• Create standard text

  Enter a name for a text which does not yet exist. When you press Enter, the system generates a message and offers you the option of creating a standard text.

  After saving the text, the system branches to the list screen for creating the relevant budget update.

• Search for standard text

  Press F4 to access a dialog box in which you can enter search criteria. When you press Enter, a list appears showing the texts found in the search. You can select the text you want from this list.

  Choose the Goto menu to change the text selected.
