Definition
If the BAPI is 'stateless', BAPI-IDocs can be processed in packets. If this is the case, set the flag.
A packet is a collection of several IDocs. The BAPI is called several times with the IDoc data. Finally the COMMIT WORK writes the data to the datbase. This improves system performance.
