Definition
For rent adjustments using the representative list of rents of the "value matrix" type, this is the total surcharge (reduction if with a minus sign) resulting from the surcharge/reduction characteristics assigned to the rental unit.
For rent adjustments using the representative list of rents of the "points" type, this is the total number of points determined for the rental unit.
The resulting rent is the sum of the basic rent and the surcharge/reduction amount, taking into account a percentual surcharge or reduction for representative list of rents which can be defined for the rental unit.
Notes
This factor is only used for adjustments according to a representative list of rents, and should not be confused with the percentage rate increase on the rental unit.
