Definition
This amount is the base rent resulting from the characteristics of the rental unit from the representative list of rents assigned to the business entity of this rental unit. The amount is translated into the second currency.
In the Customizing data of the representative list of rents you can choose whether the base rent is to be the lowest, highest or middle value of the representative list of rents field. (see Selection of base rent)
The total rent is the sum of this base rent plus any surcharges or reductions.
