Documentation
Use
This field contains the number of bookings recorded for an attendee. For individual attendees, the default value is one (1). In the case of a group attendee, you must enter the number of attendees in the group.

Use
This field contains the number of attendees to be booked. The entry in this field only applies for bookings of group attendees (that is, NN bookings for a company, customer, organizational unit) For example, 7 employees from a certain company. Otherwise, the default value 1 is displayed by the system.

Use
This field contains the number of attendees to be prebooked. The entry in this field only applies to prebookings of group attendees (that is, NN prebookings for a company, customer, organizational unit). For example, 7 unnamed employees from a certain company). Otherwise, the default value 1 is displayed.

Use
This field contains the number of attendees that can be replaced. The entry in this field only applies to the replacement of group attendees (that is, NN booking for a company, customer, organizational unit) For example, 7 unnamed employees from a company). Otherwise, the default value 1 is displayed.

Use
This field contains the number of attendees that can be rebooked. The entry in this field only applies for rebookings of group attendees (that is, NN rebooking for a company, customer, organizational unit). For example, 7 unnamed employees from a company). Use
This field contains the number of attendees to be canceled. The entry in this field only applies for cancellations of group attendees (e.g. company, customer, organizational unit) without attendees' names ("No name booking", e.g. 7 employees not named of a company). Otherwise, the default value 1 is displayed by the system.
Supplementary Documentation - BMANZL 5000
Use
In transaction PP14 ("Replace business event booking") the field value is the same as the maximum number of business event bookings that can be replaced.
