You can use this field to specify the reason for an asset investment or a capital investment program position (for example, replacement acquisition or investment for expansion).
You can define as many investment reasons as you need in FI-AA Customizing and IM Customizing for capital investment programs. These investment reasons are then valid entries for this field.
Use
The field can be used, for example, as a sort criterion in asset reporting.
