Definition
When you enter new materials in the goods catalog, you must specify its status compared to the last goods catalog version.
Use
Enter the date as of which materials in the material master should be flagged as new. The date should correspond with the date on which the last goods catalog was created.
Example
You enter 09/16/1997 as a date. Material A was created on 07/15/1997, material B, on 10/01/1997. In this case, material B would be flagged as new and material A would not be flagged as new.
