Cut-off date is active.
Blank = cut-off date does not become effective (default)
X = by using this instruction you can display (in the current journal under their posting date in the past) postings that were made to the last fiscal year up to a certain key date (60 days
after fiscal year end).
After this, these postings must be recorded in the journal of the current period, despite the fact that the posting date is in the previous year.
