Definition
Specifies the type of correction to the withholding tax return that you submit to the tax authorities. This information helps the tax authority to decide how to handle the data in the file you submit to them.
Use
You can enter one of the following values in this field:
Value Description
0 This is the original withholding tax return.
1 This is a correction to the original withholding tax return and contains corrections in the values sent in the original return.
2 This is a correction to the original withholding tax return and contains new records to be added to the original return.
3 The data included in this file have to be deleted from the original withholding tax return submitted to the authorities.
4 All the data received from the company earlier have to be deleted and replaced by the data in the current file.
Dependencies
If you enter 1, 2, or 3 in this field, you also have to fill in the Correction Reference field.
